Who handles the shipment?

Your products are generally shipped by DHL, PostNL or GLS.

Please note: DHL cannot deliver to a P.O. box address.

Shipping costs:
Free shipping for orders of €70 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and are calculated during the checkout process. These prices are subject to change if shipping costs increase.

Delivery

Orders within Belgium and the Netherlands are generally delivered within 2–4 business days after the order has been placed.

Public Holidays

Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday). They will be delivered within 2–4 business days thereafter.

The buyer is obliged to carefully inspect, or have inspected, the products immediately upon receipt.

Complaints regarding defects in the products must be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 2 days after delivery. Complaints must be addressed to Yogi & Yousef by sending an email to info@yogiyousef.com. Claims and complaints that the delivered product does not conform to the agreement expire 1 month after receipt by the buyer. If the delivered product does not conform to the agreement, Yogi & Yousef is, at its own discretion, only obliged to deliver the missing product or replace the delivered product.

Yogi & Yousef dates are natural products. As a result, not all dates are identical. The buyer accepts variations in softness, colour and skin separation and agrees that these differences do not constitute grounds for refusing the delivered goods (dates). However, if there are significant differences or if the quality deviates substantially from the usual standard, Yogi & Yousef will, of course, take this into consideration.

Right of Withdrawal

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yogi & Yousef, Overboslaan 6, 2101 AM Heemstede, the Netherlands, info@yogiyousef.com) by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Food packaging with a seal must not have been opened. Opened sealed packages (date syrup) cannot be returned. Boxes (fresh dates, fresh chocolate dates, date paste) from which products have already been removed cannot be returned either.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
